Depending on your home's heating and cooling needs, your system may be one of two types:
(no air conditioning)
Indoor/Outdoor system (a.k.a. "split")
If your new Lennox product qualifies for our limited extended parts warranty, we need to verify it's part of a properly matched system.
If your system is Type 1, we'll need just the serial number and model number of that piece of equipment.
However, if your system is Type 2, we will need the serial number and model number of both pieces of equipment that make up your system.
